InPar is a Consulting company, established in January 2008, specializing in Customer Experience Management.


The Customer Experience Management is the natural evolution of the best management practices in areas of Customer Service, Contact Centers and Customer Relationship Management. It can be characterized as "a merger between the company's operational excellence and the positive emotions that can awake your customer, in consistent way, through all channels of contact and in all moments of interaction."


InPar is a privately held company,owned mostly by the Partner Rui Santos, whose occupation was developed within Executive Management job positions of units of Customer Service and / or Contact Centers during the last 18 years, in major companies in Portugal, such as TMN,ONI, ONIWAY and PT Comunicações.

  
In addition to consulting, Rui Santos is also AproCS' Board President - Association of Professional Customer Service, Professor at the Catholic University, where he teaches Management of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty and Professor at ISCTE, which coordinates the new Advanced Program in Customer Service and teaches Strategy for Customer Service.

RUI SANTOS QUALIFICATIONS
ISCTE

Post-graduation in Marketing Management (ISCTE) in post-employment system and completed in July 2007, with an average of 17 values.


INSEAD   

International Executive Programme, for 6 weeks in “internal system” at INSEAD (Fontainebleau), completed in December 2005.

IST               

Electrical Engineering Degree by Instituto Superior Técnico in the branch of Systems and Computer, completed in December 1990, with an average of 14 values.

Esc. Sec. Arroio              

Secondary Education - Additional training in Architecture and Design in the School António Arroio, with an average of 15 values and 12º year with an average of 17 values.
