Continuous Improvement "Machine" Implementation

In this service, we implement and manage a "Continuous Improvement Machine" by which the service provided is continually monitored, as well as the reasons that lead Customers to use the Contact Center.


   


The "Continuous Improvement Machine" is designed to identify improvement opportunities, which may eliminate avoidable contacts, automate processes, Self-Care options development and better Quality of Service.

To this end, we start by defyning with the Customer the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) battery that better reflect the business goals as well as the project team and working methods to achieve them.

InPar provides to customers a team of Managers, Supervisors and Customer Service Technicians (scaled according service characteristics) to manage the refered "Continuous Improvement Machine" in close coordination and cooperation with company top-managers.
