The Casa das Cores arises from the need to continue to provide a respond to the worrying situation of children and young people in distress in Portugal, be looking for is an alternative under the Measure of Institutional Home for Children and Young People, included in the Protection’s Law of Children and Youth in Danger. The Casa das Cores allows companies to patronize one or more children of the house, allowing them to have access to a life´s project, an affection’s place, a family environment, basic needs, education and monitoring of their origin family.

Ajuda de Berço

The Ajuda de Berço, founded in 1998, welcomes children from 0 to 3 years, in need of urgent protection, response to situations that put at risk, such as mistreatment, sexual abuse, alcoholics parents or drug addicts, prostitution, home’s lack or abandonment. In 2008, the Ajuda de Berço launched the Plano Crescer, which aims to raise funds to help pay the high costs of their activity. The Plano Crescer Sorriso allows cover all monthly children’s expenses, including health care, teaching and their primary needs.
